Joyful Noise tells the story of an unlikely partnership between two strong-minded women (Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton) who are forced to work together to save a small town Gospel Choir after budget cuts threaten to shut them down.

    This is a movie to highlight a couple of really fantastic singers. So now that we understand that and we have established the correct expectations, it really isn't as bad as some of the critical reviews are giving it. If you want a challenging, complete plot, then why are you watching a movie like this in the first place.
